Since opening at the Adelaide Central Market in 1991, Barossa Fine Foods has grown from a small family business into one of Australia's leading producers of artisan smallgoods, premium meats and gourmet food. Barossa Fine Foods’ mission is to feed the joy of people across Australia, and we remain proudly Australian-made and family-owned.
Our family's story began long before that. For four generations, since 1924, the Knoll family has been making traditional smallgoods, combining European recipes with quality Australian ingredients and the same hands-on approach that's been passed down through the family for over 100 years.
